Contact and support
Email support@qrpine.com about anything, and a person answers.
Things you can do yourself
- Change where a code goes: open it in your codes and edit its link. Editing a live code needs a plan.
- Cancel, resume or switch to yearly: on the billing page. Codes that went live keep working after you cancel.
- Get a receipt: the billing page lists every payment, with its PDF.
- Get a refund: ask by email within 14 days of a payment, as the refund policy explains.
- Delete your account: at the bottom of settings.
When you write
Write from the address you sign in with. If it is about a code, include its short link: it starts with demo.staging.qrpine.com/r/.
Report a malicious code
If a QRPine code leads to phishing, malware or a scam, email support@qrpine.com with “Abuse report” as the subject and the code’s short link, or a photo of the code. Codes that break the terms may be stopped from forwarding.
